From the property owners it was assigned to architect Polliero the residential design, on different allotments, of duplex villas being different among them but with the same central theme. At a later stage, to each villa, and in consideration of the available difference in cubic meters (800 and 1000), the project was developed with a different architecture, nevertheless sharing elements in common, recalling the style of architect Polliero. This is characterized by the use of columns on the fronts, the sternness of the two symmetrical fronts, and the combination of contemporary architectural elements such as: parapets, enclosures and, eventually, the inner space placements.
