The design of private buildings regards both Italy and foreign countries, with villas in Saudi Arabia, France, Croatia and Austria, with results that are heterogeneous and different among them. In each project a logic path and a distinctive feature can be found and this makes every housing development unique. This because the confidential relationship established between the design architect and the client always reaches its highest expression, as it is essential for a correct fulfillment of a work. All customer’s desires and ideas are evaluated, tested and trashed out with the aim to reach the best result, as there is nothing more beautiful than a house in accordance with the taste of the person that should live in it later on: this is the concept of “custom-tailored house”, similar to a cut-to-fit suit. This constant exchange of opinions, and this at par relationship is the reason why the customer becomes the main character and takes an active part in the planning, where nothing happens by chance as every building stage is followed, with attention to the minor details, with thorough studies.

Bruno Polliero’s residential projects lay between tradition and innovation and distinguish themselves by his own rendition of typologies and building methodologies abandoned during time. From the architectural viewpoint the midpoint of the residences is the compactness of the forms, the uniformity and the quality of the utilized materials: they are provided with open spaces, patios, loggias, and private gardens. The inner parts are able to reestablish the pleasure of houseliving.
