The redevelopment intervention of the piano nobile to a new end use permitted not only to refurbish, but also to improve, in a careful and always accurate way, architectural details whose state of deterioration was high and unrelenting.

The project included the integration of new magnificent stuccos such as: pilaster strips, cornices, frescoes, wall and wood decorations, and new marbled, wooden and inlaid floors. This resulted in an austere recondition.
